Feet calmers


If your feet are happy and relaxed you will sleep much better. Massage them with almond oil before going to bed. If they are still stiff and achy, roll your insteps on a tennis ball or an unopened can.  

By the way, if you are inclined to have smelly feet, wipe them with a cloth soaked in vodka. The alcohol acts as an antiseptic and destroys the odour causing fungus and bacteria.
