Have you over eaten during the holidays and need to lose a few inches? Get into a pool - swim to the deep end and tread water for ten minutes or so using your arms to form circles to keep your head above water, all the while flexing your ankles. Swim back to the shallow end, then back to the deep end again and repeat the exercise. Do this 5 times a day for 5 days and see the difference!
